    Its somewhat like Prostitution,a little,no worries,A lot=Big crackdowns.
They have to change the laws first. Right now there is little they can do.

True. Bitcoin is the safest of all (besides paying cash directly to the reseller) but I use prepaid credit cards all the time (paid in cash obviously). If you're really paranoid, place the order online using the prepaid CC info using TOR, Public Wifi, or a VPN or a combination of all 3.

Yep. In general with paying for services of a questionable and controversial nature such as IPTV, be as anonymous as possible. You don't want to get a certified letter from a law firm asking for a few thousand dollars to settle a lawsuit if you get pinched.

It is safe as long as you have a way to get your money from the credit card without leading a NagraStar investigator to your front door.
Investigators can and have purchased credits from resellers and then see how they process the payment. Since they own and have possession of the prepaid credit(gift) card they can log into the credit card company's web site and view all transactions on the card.
They then use this transaction information to try and locate you - the reseller. They can dispute the charge to the card and get the phone number and other details of the person/business that processed the transaction. They can then call that person/business to see who they processed the payment for. They keep digging and following the money trail trying to find you the reseller.
I know a few resellers that have been caught this way - they thought they had a fool proof way to process the payments anonymously - but it turns out they were not as anonymous as they thought.

Yes. IKS is dead. Could be a different story for IPTV resellers.

The investigators visit our area quite often - their main interest is IPTV resellers. When offering leniency for those that they have caught they are looking for cooperation to catch the IPTV dealers - they are not so much concerned about IKS - they figure they have that under control. The big rewards are offered for the head IPTV dealers.

The only shakedowns were dealers selling loaded boxes. IPTV reselling is not illegal.

yep canada's copyright act prohibits unauthorized downloading of copyrighted content.Viewers using a loaded android box are only streaming, not downloading material, however loaded Android boxes could potentially run into trouble because the law prohibits services that exist primarily for the purpose of enabling copyright infringement.

Even selling IPTV services on Ebay.I guess its not illegal or Ebay would remove it from their Site.
