Default T2 Not connecting to DOL

I'm running DD-WRT firmware on my NetGear R7000 router. When enabled I get a message "Portal not available" in DreamOnLine. Has anyone been able to use a router based VPN with DreamOnLine. This one I can't figure out!

When I shut down the VPN on the router, DOL tries to load the Portal.

This has nothing to do with the other problem with DOL that we all know about. Hard to load the portal but does work after a few tries. Hopefully DreamLink with be fixing this soon.

I've been using my T1 Plus with the OpenVPN app using my VPN provider for months without a single bat of the eye. Some VPNs ban IPTV devices but others don't give a crap (especially those that are out of reach of the 14 Eyes).
