You can update to current release within any version.

how are you guys able to update it?
I see the available update when i load the app i'm logged into the playstore but when i click update it does nothing.

No... This is NOT an official repository for it... Sometimes the automatic update works, sometimes it doesn't.
If you like app, and want regular updates, just buy it from the play store. It's only $7.50. You get all the updates, and you get to install it without a hitch on all your android devices. I had tried the one Mr Hanky had posted quite a while ago. I liked it, and decided to buy it to use on my cheap old android boxes (giving them new life).

Need to search a little harder... I had posted a pretty recent version (Pro version 1.1.11.1.build.10111112), here. Latest version as of today is 1.1.12 (changes are insignificant, to bother with reposting a newer version).
