south western arc vs eastern arc

just wondering if what happens on western arc has the same effect on the eastern arc? trying to decide if i should upgrade to have both west and east or just stick with west. like a lot of the freezing on west is annoying and if eastern doesnt do it as much i'd upgrade and have both. i just dont want to pay for eastern, spend the time to install a dish just to end up in the same boat with wasted time and money.

Freezing comes from the server not east or west system. You would have to ask your iks provider if they have the east and west system on the same server, if they do then there would be no point in getting both. Pixilation however is a different story, if your getting pixilation then switching to the other might help the problem by bringing in a stronger signal.
