    New match center groups show up when you boot up this program. Very good program for super fast channel surfing.

    Your like to know very well about ok2 and streaming software. I really like ProgDVB, do you have another good pc software alternative or progdvb is the top yo know about? I know VLC can do the job, but progdvb is very complete (with IR support)

    The only thing I cannot do in ProgDVB is to sort by group.... Like Sport, 24x7, Movies, French, etc....

    On your keyboard, Press the enter key in fullscreen mode, then press the left arrow key on your keyboard. all your groups will show up.

    If you have a windows remote control, go to fullscreen mode, press the ok key, and toggle the left arrow. The groups will show up.

    You can try nextpvr. You have to set up your decoders in the settings. You may have to muck around with the decoder settings to get it to work well. It has a nicer interface and you can use it as a backend for kodi.

    Thanks for recommending ProgDVB. Been ages since I've used it. Back to when I had by old PCI DVB card

    I tried quickly to get the groups (with OK2), but after quickly setting up IPTV client with Playlist and EPG url, I get all channels listed (including VOD). I tried from full screen to hit enter (to get channel list) and then left arrow for groups, but the groups I got were "IPTV Client, Most Popular, and Favorites". I did not get the typical groups... Maybe I missed some checkbox in the settings.

    I guess I can create a favorites list, and then just use that.. Not a huge deal.

    Quick question, does ProgDVB offer the option to show the EPG as matrix style (ie: channels on left, and then showing programs bars to the right of each channel). I like that layout, since you can see what is comming up next, directly from EPG display, instead of being forced to highlight each channel to see what is next. Just curious...

    I'll spend a little more time with it, when I get a chance. Would be great to re-purpose some small industrial small boxes I have. I was planning on installing androidx86 on them, but may just use win7embedded instead.

    Thnx

    I already know that... the problem is ALL the channel in in the list. When I load with ok2 apk, I right after access to the group IN ok2 itself. But in ProgDVB is all the 3000+ channel in the same group. I need manually find each channel I want and add to a group i've created.

    So why ProgDVB cannot find the group already inside OK2?

    I am using it only for Vaders, and all the groups come up perfectly. When I start, I get Vaders, most Popular and Recorded. When I click on Vaders, all the sub folders come up. I tried it with Eternal and it was a sloppy mess. I have not found a way to set up the EPG matrix style. Like DVBdream and smartdvb, visually it is not the most appealing, but functionally it works very well. Here are some of the shortcuts.

    w=window
    E=EPG
    R=Record
    T=Teletext
    I=Info
    O=Main Menu
    P=PIP
    L= Channel List
    Z=Zoom
    X=Shutdown
    V=Aspect Ratio
    M=Mute
    F3= Recorded Shows

    I guess it all depends on the provider .Like I said, the groups all come up with vaders, but with EternalTv, it is a total mess.

    Keep in mind that your playlist url needs to be:
    Code:
    http://ok2.se:8000/get.php?username=XXXX&password=YYYY&type=m3u_plus&output=m3u8
    If the "type" parameter is just "m3u", then there are no groups included in the returned m3u file.
    That was my mistake above when I said no groups show up

    On perfect player and progdvb, you get all the VOD, and in between you will see the LiveTV categories (English, French, Adult, etc..)

    I suspect that the ok2 apk (which is based on older version of perfect player), does some internal hardcoded sorting to filter out the VOD and put it separately.. Perfect player (on android) has some nice new features/bug fixes, but the hardcoded category sorting in the ok2 apk, is still unmatched.

    Would be nice if OK2 could offer 1 Playlist URL for liveTV, and a separate URL for VOD. This way, it would be easy to setup apps like perfect player, to flag VOD as VOD, and it would show up as a separate source.

    It does not use a lot of resources, so it should work on low power boxes. Just make sure your broken filters are cleaned and your codecs/decoders are up to snuff, and away you go.

    Right now, the most powerfull player is PROGDVB. Not perfect but the most complete.

    The 1 second channel changes are nice, plus the picture quality is better than any android box.

    It is the video card. But the program is a portable installation, so it does not bog the system down.
