The service was restored due to a downtime on server side. That lost a few days of pvr (not a big deal). Then "what if it goes down again?", "not as annoying as a reseller spreading crap to make sales.", "just be honest".
Just because some seller does not want to explain the core details (no one does) and you don't care about a service, why try to comment negatives?
