3rd Party??

I was wondering if anyone had a screen come up....something to do with 3rd party and says accept or decline? My friends dad is the only one this happened to and he hit decline and now nothing is working. When he goes to livetv, the screen goes grey and then back to the main page? Im gonna have him drop it off to me to look but wanted to see if this happened to anyone else?

I never seen the screen you mentioned but if the box was setup on a paid server at another location you may get stb is blocked when you boot it up.If so you will need to contact reseller to do a mac reset.Then setup it up where it will stay.

Well, I have the box now and it wont even go into where the settings are. Just sits at a blank screen. The ethernet is connected also.
Not sure if I should do a factory reset and start over or what to do. Can get to the main screen and go into them all but when I try livetv, VOD or servers (within settings) all I get is a blank screen. Tried to also se about updating but none are available it says.

did you clear cache in the buzz app?

If what DU mentioned does not work you can also uninstall updates in the buzz tv app and let them reinstall

Thanks, found that and it was already 0 but cleared it anyways and still the same. When I try to go to servers now, it just goes back to the screen with servers box highlighted. Could something have gone corrupt with an update and messed it up? Wish I knew exactly what the message was on his screen that he hit decline for......
Should I try the reset?

are you picking a server and then connect?

It wont let me get to the servers. When I try settings/server, it just shows blank screen for a couple seconds and goes back to server in the settings. He did something a few days ago and the servers turned into portals. It would show portal 1-6 where the servers were supposed to be. I just reloaded the info in the 1st portal and was all good for a couple days until yesterday.

Same thing happen to me on my buzz yesterday. I deleted ALL data, the rebooted the box, and all is fine. I just had to enter all the server details again.

Deleted all data as in factory reset from within the box itself?

I did try and go into the buzz app and it just brought me back to the previous page.....
