Considering that our two biggest providers are now allowed to block websites wouldn't it be a good idea for everyone to put a VPN on they're entire home network....it's pretty easy for them to determine who's watching what.....no ?!?!?!

Mea culpa...................(sat9182, I've PM'd you) Fault was at my end for sure. Blown HD module in my Dreamlink T5. Once removed I was able to scan in SD channels. All is good now, just no HD pictures until the module arrives next week.
