    Yup.....server connects and disconnect and reconnects....etc
    All scramble.
    probably maintenance...happened once some months ago was ok like an hour or two after.
    This server is usually very reliable.
    Don't worrying too much yet.

    Well my friend is down again this is like 3rd or 4th time this month she said her service went down. She asked me to check here and see if I could find out what is going on as her computer isn't running
    She tried both servers not connecting rebooted receiver several times rebooted modem checked all connections and server not connecting. Also checked her sub and it is good till middle of month and isn't sure if she is going to look for new server or try and get this one sorted out
    So I guess my question is, Is anyone else having these problems she said she has been down for about 3 to 4 hours tonight? Thanks for any help I can pass on to her!
    I do want to add that up to this point she said service has run flawless for a long time just seems recently things have gone down hill more and more isn't sure what the prob is

    Hello AllI want to recant and give credit where it is due. First this is not my neighbors reseller and after posting this I got a message from sat9182 who went out of their way to help my friend. They didn't have to as I said not her reseller but they did and even checked her code and let me know it was working. So I went over her house today and again rebooted everything and still nothing so started checking connections and found an abnormality in her lan cable so got her id and went wireless and low and behold it worked.
    So it was on her end after all and i just wanted to say thank you very much to this seller that helped me help her and it was greatly appreciated they are very professional and top notch in my book. I told her my suggestion is to switch as last time she had to contact he reseller about being down which she didn't contact them very often only for reup and to find out if they were down which was only once in awhile as this is a great sever and got a very snotty and rude answer to her question after being a customer for a very long time at the very least I believe 3 years and should never have should have been talked to that way.
    So that is between them what she decides to do so again thank you again sat9182 for your very professional replies and help you are number one in my book because customer relations can make or break a company been proven over the years for many businesses !!!

    all is up and what you mean by both servers there is only one sat9182.xyz
    so if she is having issues with another server too i would say it's her box or net
