v16 tp issue?

Hi i have a v16 and last week the channels on sat 119 tp 12355 went black all the other channels work fine it says tp 12355 has good signal and quality and says its connected to server but just has a black screen no picture or sound tried a rescan on that tp but still nothing has anybody else ever have an issue like this with the v16 clone?

They have moved. Re-scan TP 12472GHz (H) 21.500MS/s.
