Ok2 Authincation and password?

There are 3 of us using ok2 . Me and guy 2 are having no problem and working fine using mag254 guy 3 can’t get on because it’s asking for authenticity and a password. This comes up when it’s trying to connect. We rebooted router and mag no luck . It’s hard wired router to mag .
Any ideas ?
