Still lucky I dont mind not having local channels, but I dont even get freezing. Nothing comes in at all.

Also l note that some channels change transponders very often , so I did auto scan to get those channels back .

He may have a 110/119 service but maybe it is not from you????

To us when you say "service" we think in terms of who is providing the service - to some they may thinking the "110/119" service and not the group that is providing the service.
