system is up and running just fine I see your account and its in good standings make sure your box has internet

I have internet connection as it loads the channel list and epg. I tried rebooting everything and still get no picture or sound. Is it possible that my receiver crapped out?

I did a factory reset , it did all the updates and I loaded my info for wickediptv and still the same thing I get the channel list and the epg but no pic or sound. I have another receiver here that I could try but I will have to hook it up to get the mac addy for you to switch the your service over to it.
