Can I change this?

user name/pass not working for me

Streaming line using user/pass does not seem to work. However a regular M3U works fine.

In my Buzz xrs4500 I typically use streaming line setup with username/pass and that still does not work. However I created a server entry for M3U (same credentials) and it works fine (take a little longer to load, since it preloads the EPG - but ok).

Also on my MiiBox3 I installed Perfect Player and set up the proper URL, and it works there also.

I am pretty sure Smarters uses streaming line with username/password. But I am not a fan of it ( I hate the UI) , so I have not tested it in ages. If it is streaming line (like I was using on the buzz) then it is still down.

In case someone needs the URLs, here they are:

m3u url 
http://wickediptv.xyz:2086/get.php?username=XXXXX&password=XXXXXX&type=m3u_plus&output=mpegts (replace XXXXX with user information) 

epg url

I use mac and live tv works fine but the vod and tv series are both blank on my buzz 3900

Just checked and it works fine with both M3U and Streaming line on my Buzz. Maybe try to reboot your box.

EDIT: TV is Fine, but VOD and Series are not working however, neither with M3U or Streaming line.
