Are we down again. I have 3 buzz box 3000 and they all say “will not connect to server, due to a connection error.” Anyone else with this problem.

Many CDN, US and UK channels still buffering or slow to open or not opening, we thot service would be improved with the move to new server and still no VOD or 24/7 TV. Can those in the know pls advise regarding stability of channels on wicked server. Tks.
My service is high speed cable on BuzzXPL3900 ethernet connected not wifi.
