    you can see his right rear brake lock up that put him in the skid, tragic probably would have rear ended the other vehicle anyhow,

    Reportedly none of the three people who were scattered from the car were wearing a seat belt.

    All three survived being flung from the vehicle, however the driver who remained strapped inside with one other person, died on the way to hospital.
