I tried that place, you need to ask them for one, and I don't think it's for free, I'm too cheap.

This place: the12volt.com has lots of info, and they have a Forum where installers and car/truck buffs
discuss their problems,how-too's, etc. may find what you need.

Yes, anything will help.....I had to move the fork truck outside (big job as it's tires are not rated for off concrete usage, crushed a few bricks into the dirt) but got the truck in the shop where the swamp cooler will help with the smoke, this way I can do some serious troubleshooting and also keep cool.(and be able to breath)

Pulling the radio out today, and will use my audio generator to test the wiring down to the doors.

Aww sorry guy's been busy with a pump problem on my water tanks.

Yes I found the problem, it looks like the guy who designed the wire harness for the door did not provide enough vibration protection.

I found one wire going to the main 6" speaker on BOTH sides to have broken loose from the connector, replacing the connector did the trick, I now have a great sounding stereo system.

As to the wire, what ever wire they used was some very cheap stuff, it was very flimsy, I could give it a pull and it snapped, I used some better stuff (thicker gauge and better insulation) and replaced the whole thing up to the connector in the dash, it will now outlast the truck.

Many thanks to all that helped out with this.
