Issue with Buzz tv xpl3000m

Iptv stops suddenly . I've tried everything but it did not work and if it works it works after 30 minutes.
This happens many times during the day,and it is not from the provider .
And wifi's strength drops from 72Mbps to 5Mbps ,I tried all the settings of the router without any result.
Each day it's the same thing,even if i reboot the box it doesn't work.
