    Default DreamLink T5 boot issue

Hello, Recently purchased a new dream link t5 to replace my working t4. When i connected the t5 it came on at first. So Loaded latest factory and bin files as per instructions. Rebooted machine it started to load and them on view screen on front of box 8888 appeared and keeps on flashing. Cannot access any of the functions. Tried turning off with back switch, disconnecting power supply, waiting several hours etc. When i turn it on still get flashing lights. I have searched for fix but unable to located any results in discussion, files section. Anybody, know what may be causing this. Thinking it may be a boot loop problem. Anybody, know how to resolve this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for help. Resolved the issue. Removed cover from box and heat shrink module was not in proper place on board. Rather, was down in front. put it back on board and restarted box. It loaded right up all is well now. Thanks again.
