Sorry dumb question, but about to get a server going and the reseller is asking if I will use APK or Mac Address, what is this exactly and what's the difference?

Android PacKage (APK) is the package file format. I never use them but always use the MAC.

It would be a app you would run on a android.But the buzz has their own app which works perfect just use the mac and set the server url up.Then your good to go.
