Default Prosat HD keeps going into reboot

Got another problem with my Prosat HD
The STB occasionally shuts down and the word "reboot" is on the display, but nothing happens. Even the remote doesn't work and I have to unplug and replug the STB to get it to reboot and load.
I use a dish 500 for sats 110W and 119W with dishpro lnb's. This is connected to a dishpro 44 switch.
Today I added another 500 dish to get sat 129 and connected it to the dishpro 44 switch.
I have set up the STB correctly in "Satellite Settings" and each satellite is confirmed in the "Locked To".
Now when I select any channel in sat 129, the STB connects to the channel, shows a picture, then it immediately freezes the picture and there are vertical lines running across the entire screen. The STB displays "reboot". It happens even when I select just sat 129. I have to unplug the STB and replug in order to get it to reboot and load.
I bypassed the dishpro 44 switch, connecting only sat 129 directly into the STB (making sure that "Antenna Settings" were correctly configured). Still got the same result.
I checked the connections and installed new Tebbit & Betts connectors. Nothing changed.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks

Disconnect coax and see if the box still reboots.

    Default reboot

My Prosat had this trouble of getting locked in a reboot cycle last year and when I took it to the dealer, he inserted a USB drive with some great software on it that fixed the problem instantly but he wouldn't give a copy of whatever he was using.

When it happened again recently, I checked here and found a fix involving renaming the factory file on a USB drive and putting the box into upgrade mode. Figuring that's what he'd done, I thought I could fix it myself, but it didn't work. Following the instructions, the display went Upgr, Load, ErAS, urit, fini and I thought I had it - but it went right back to the same boot, Load, rEbo cycle no matter how or when I swapped USB sticks in and out.

I wonder if anyone here had any success with this method and might have suggestions about what I'm doing wrong.

How are you running the DC power for the DP44 switch?????

Adding the third satellite may have caused a DC power problem if your not using the DC power inserter on it's own coax, most FTA receivers can't handle the DC power inserter in-line with the receiver. (for a long period of time)
