Well with all fairness how many times have we heard from a supplier they will never ever share your personal information and of course they were just lying. One of the very few who meant it was Tomico. Sure we did not get along but I can't ignore how much he fought not to cave in, got to give him marks for that even though I thought he was a bit crazy.


In this case, I don't know if they intentionally wanted to be honest that if legally compelled they will disclose your information or they just copied someone's else privacy notice and put their name in it without realizing what it contained. How much is the likelihood they retained a lawyer to draft that? Unlikely I say.

I know of several who have been busted and never gave up info
the best one that I remember is modchipit
the container with seized supplies and pc's got broken into and case got tossed...lol
but steve and jeremy were both standup guys who took the hit and never ratted

You clearly state that everyone can cancel at any time on your web site so how does that become final sale? Rather than accuse everyone of bitching why don't you just take the time and answer professionaly.
