sorry i mean recently it gets blocked with the noise . i just gave the info that it is updated. it has nothing to do with update.
the picture gets frozen and a noise began at the sametime. i can do nothing with remote control. i am not talking about normal frezzing.
ok, so there is some kind of sound coming from your system when it freezes?
That has nothing to do with freezing.....you know ones audio, ones video. You know they're separate right?

yes exactly. but this kind of noise happens just when the picture and the box are totaly frozen and you can do nothingwith remote control.
it is not a big issue because it happebs occasionnally and with unplugging the box, things get restored to normal

guys it becomes annoying because every day the buzztv3000 is blocked once or twice per day either using iptv or juste youtube. and i can do nothing with remote control and i have to unplug to solve the problem. i bought it on march 2028. i began thinking to return it to the seller. what do you suggest?
yes i did factory reset but no result.
iv changed the powerkey behaviour from default to shutdown, and i will check. if it the issue persists i will change the bar multiple plug surge protector, and i will check again.

The unit could be overheating, try a small desk fan blowing on it, if the unit does not lock up again a small PC fan can be mounted to the unit,(cool air blowing in) they have some very quiet PC fans at frozenCPU.com, the lower the dBA rating the quieter the fan will be, some even have a USB plug to power them.
And as to the noise when the unit locks up, this is a digital signal, when the digital data stream locks up it could just be stuck on a sound bit, the noise may be the D to A outputting sound in the locked up state.
