    Hi, I got 100 credits from romie about a month ago 88 of those credits were taken out a few days back by the same user who transferred them in the first place. Now Im left with no credits at all on my reseller panel. I tried emailing romie but haven't heard from him yet. Not sure how to proceed with this I have made a few purchases before with him never ran into any issues. I saw some of the members here vouched for his reliability before I made my first ever purchase from him. Please if any of you have any information about where can I contact him or any whatsapp number would be a great help. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    What user doesn't make sense ,unless someone else has your privileges. Don't get what romie has to do with it , unless the payment was back charged to romie ,and wouldn't be the first time we heard that here.

    I can see in the transactions the same user recovered the credits who allotted them to me in the first place. The payment cannot be charged back as it was email money transfer. Once the user accepts it its gone from your account. This is what I see and meant when I was referring to user.

    It could be a misunderstanding as I have made purchases from him before. Just payed a significant amount for it so just trying to get through to him and any help in this regard would be appreciated.

    It's spelt "paid". Romie is a good guy. I just recently renewed my OK2 sub for a whole year and it was done in under 10 hours.
