If you have settings for the "C" band transponders (3.6 to 4 GHz, and an LO of 5150) it should.
What satellite are you trying for, what LNBF are you using and how big a dish are you using.

Hallmark and Nesn are encrypted channels with powervu, obviously were talking about Amc 11 at 131w.
