Default Signal dropping on Ses1 on certain channels

My dad was watching metv and the signal dropped to 0 tonight. Other channels but not all are working. Would that be a receiver problem or lnb? The lnb is a titanium pl lnb and fairly new. The dish seems to have a good signal. The receiver is a Freesat V8 Super. Ideas?

I'm finding channels are dropping to 0 on H&I at certain times a day and it's not working now. Can someone check their H&I please?

Thanks for the reply. We had a power surge here and it blew a pile of crap in my house. So either the lnb took the hit or the receiver did. I have a spare so I'll try that first.
