****** SYSTEM UPDATE *****
It's been 4 long hours for something that should have taken 1hr. The server swap happened within 10 minutes but the XC panel keeps crashing. Going back and forward with XC for an additional 3hrs we've decided to simply revert back to our smaller server to restore service for everyone.I know it's been stressful for us all but it's a needed update. We'll try again but overnight so everyone won't be affected
