Are you sure its your box? What service are you using? Have you cleared the Clear cache?
i posted the same thing a little earlier, but got not one response... anyhow, i plugged my box out, waited 5 mins for the capacitors to drain, and so far so good... try it out to see if will work for you. i do not know why it was doing that, or if what i did was the solution, but give it a try...

Clear the Buzz cache, reboot the Buzz box once a week and power the modem down once a month, ( I think powering down the modem for 30 seconds may clear the modem cache or buffer, not sure why , but it does help sometimes.

to fix freeze issues or video lag dont put the box to sleep mode...always restart box when you want to watch tv. freeze issues are known to buzz group, they will be sending new update next week, maybe that will fix the freeze issues. Cheers
