5 days ago i re-ordered 1 year with them no problem, and 4 days ago also a 1 month ,they took my money and i have nothing up yet ,ive e-mailed with no replies ! id be very carfull i think there scammers.

Romie aka (bob) doesnt deal with it no more or claims not to , its sony now. like i said 5 days ago they re-loaded me 1 year then 4 days ago they took my other e-transfer for another box. and i got nothing !

if they can take my money while on vacation why cant they re-load my credits at the same time

true but this isnt my first rodeo with them! the last time i waited over 2 months after they took my payment ,and he claimed he was on vacation then.
