I ordered 1 this a.m. too...coupon code still works.
I'm hoping that the guide populates better than the combo I have now:T2 Prime & Diablo.

I meant they're selling IPTV and FTA stuff. their stuff is way too expensive
Is there any list of hard drives that work with this BUZZ and a list of one not to use?
The reason I ask is that with TiVo, they have found that the newer shingled hard drives fail within about a year, but the PMR hard drives work fine. Also, they appear to work smother with either the Western Digital Purple or RED drives, but only with the 5400 rpm drives. (low power drives) The Purple drives are made for video stream reading and writing, and the red hard drives are made for NAS environment with multiple users reading and writing simultaneously. Now the only Red drive in a 2.5" form factor is a 1 TB hard drive, but it looks like the 2.5" blue drives in 3 TB or 4 TB also work with the TiVo (the non-shingled versions)
So since the BUZZ is also heavily using streams and recording, just what hard drives are recommended?
no one has used the 3900 yet
I don't see any mention of what brand,etc...
Internal 2.5″ SATA HDD
Support 2.5″ SATA HDD, just simply insert your 2.5″SATA HDD to the connector and you can use it as a storage device.
You can playback your local video, music or use it to store your recorded TV shows.

the 3900 will arrive here on the 2nd.. looking forward to checking it out..
Mine is up & running...so far,so good I guess.I will explore it for a few days & report back.
specs on this box look great
might just have to get me one of these
once the bank account recovers from the holidays a bit of course
I will check later DU.
I will say the GUIs(epg, menu, favourites, ect) look & work great. The box is quite fast, faster than the ddr3 boxes for sure.I have to compare it against the Dreamlink T2 prime because it's really the standard for me so far.
Picture quality is very good...very close to that of a high end HTPC using stbemu. The dreamlink is better on forced resolutions on my 4k tv.Audio is very good on both for what these things cost.My major complaint boils down the the Diablo service it seems:guide population is poor at best, probably less than 5%.O.K.3 was much better.
3gigs of ram you say..not bad, will see the reviews before I stamp it
