Enigma2 with fec-turbo

Hey does anyone know if there an enigma2 FTA box that can do iks 82-91

When I moved back to Canada from Europe I brought a Vu+ Duo2 back with me and did a lot of digging on this. The answer is not positive. Apparently there used to be a Skywalker device that could decode turbo on and enigma2, but they are rare as hen’s teeth and are not produced anymore. I gave in and purchased the FAR INFERIOR Dreamlink.
