    Default IPTV and Kodi Windows or Linux?

    Is there and IPTV app for Windows or Linux for Kodi? If so what is bet one and do most services support it?

    For kodi, try stalkertv plugin. For windows, try android emulator (like AMIDuOS) with stb emu. Either way, you won't have the same experience as a good android box like the buzz or formular.

    Bluestacks android emulator & stbemu for a windows based HTPC are quite watchable.Optimizing the keyboard to better replicate remote control functions is a big plus.

    Bluestack was a bit leggy on my old pc, but AMIDuOs worked fine....

    You can use IPTV SMarters on Windows...just need a m3u subscription
