    I don't know if the smarters app has fixed the account info part that never worked right before, but that new perfect player apk for nitro has detailed account info, it will tell you right there what your expiry is and you can call him on it if the expiry date is short and demand he add the full term to your account.
    I don't use the smarters app at all anymore since the perfect player app came out.
    Actually most panels dont work that way The resellers buy credits just like you do.If i were to sell a years worth(i dont sell) then it would cost me 12 credits Resellers get a bulk price and the person above doesnt differentiate how you sell them.

    I am a nitro reseller, and I also have other panels that are as you describe but nitro panels are different than others.
    If I sell a year to somebody it costs me 9 credits, just like if I sell 7 months it costs me 5 credits and 4 months is 3 credits and one month is one credit...
    These are the only packages available in the nitro panel, if somebody wants to buy 6 months you have to add new line, 4 months for 3 credits, then extend one more month then extend another month bringing my cost to 5 credits for 6 months. There is no add 6 month option in the panel.
    You should get a panel then you will see what I am talking about.

    Geez that sucks. If I knew one of my resellers did this, I'd ban his ass. Go with another nitro reseller after if you like them or try different provider.

    Thank to all that waded in with suggestions, opinions, & help and PM's . I have sent email to Nitro explaining situation/ treatment by reseller TurboHD..... will see if they respond; ditto with contact/admin here at satFIX about naming reseller as scammer. Yep his profile showed him here @ 2:57 PM.

    I think I have the same re-seller, I unfortunately bought 2, 1 year codes from that re-seller. One for me and one for a buddy of mine. Every month I have to PM him to get both of us going. After 5 months he said I'm only renewing 1 code for you, and both of you can share 1 code. He actually said sorry to me. So he has stolen the cost of 1 code from me. I emailed Nitro directly about this re-seller asking them if they want to cut this gut off because he is a thief. They did not respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY, he also sells South satellite codes and I constantly have to get him to connect that as well. I wish I had just bought from Nitro directly because he charged me the same price as on their website. Lesson learned.... do not buy 2 codes at once or he will burn you the same way

    Well let me update you on this *****%#&"* reseller TurboHD. After Nitro website didn't respond to request to fix problem with with reseller. TurboHD 24 hrs later get an email from reseller TurboHD with new username/password to use & new Nitro app to use. GUESS WHAT.........IT DOESN'T WORK. Either user/pass incorrect. After emailing TurboHD again he responds he will try on his box & get back to me. Just got new email with screenshot of NEW PASSWORD........ YOU GUESSED IT.......DOESN'T WORK . Now after login app does nothing. BEWARE OF THIS ******* RESELLER TurboHD. xyz sounds like same reseller. He has yet to respond thru pm. Site admin. REALLY NEEDS TO BAN HIM PERMANENTLY. .
