i wonder why there happens to be 3 police cars at this intersection, and the police car that got T-boned, that guy will have back problems for ever. have a relative that happened to several years ago, constant back pain, got hooked on drugs, cannot work anymore,

The cop is a bone head, who's in such a hurry to write a ticket
he nearly killed the driver in that other car.

There are 3 cop cars at the intersection and this bone head is
cowboy-ing on his horse to be the first to catch

After the sarge goes through the video ,, I hope the department
does the right thing and charge him with dangerous driving

They should also pull his gun in exchange for a slingshot -- (he's to dumb to carry a gun)
