VOD and Live TV not working

Currently my VOD is blank, it only shows the search by name or date and is blank of all titles. My Live TV just continuously says “loading channels”. I’ve attempted unplugging the box and using the brush icon to clean the cache several times with no results. The box has worked fine up until now. I am at a loss...
