at any given time there's usually 7 devices running here(laptops,phones,xbox,netflix and of course android boxes)

It depends on the allotted bandwidth from his ISP.
3 to 300 it doesn't matter, until you go over the ISP bandwidth specs for the month, then they will throttle you down.

Same hereTerryl, but the worst is the internet speed is not going to get better any time soon.

Do you guys have land phone lines???There are some pretty decent dsl providers now.

I'm wayyyy too far from the central office for land line DSL, besides our phone lines out here are too full of acorns and bullet holes to work good enough to get any sort of DSL.
