I have 2 ok2 subs with Romie which are expiring soon. If i sign up with a new provider, how do i get my MAC released? I msg Romie but he's not responding.

You mean there is no more romie,i still have 9 more month of express but my service was shut down.His is not responding at all.Is iptvengine another service?

I registered at iptvengine and ordered 12 months ipguys 2 days ago but get no response from messages sent on website. Was with Romie. When I check my account it states the order is on hold waiting for e transfer but money was removed from my account. Maybe it takes awhile for e transfer to clear bank although I newer had this issue before. We will see what happens.

in the past, as soon as the e-transfer was claimed, the order would be processed almost immediately. Keep us posted!

Since the change over I have received ZERO customer support. My OK2 has been down for 3 days, and I have emailed 4 times with no answer.

I would stay away from them!
