Stuck in recovery mode

My buzz tv xpl3000 is stuck in recovery mode. I have tried to hit “wipe data/factory reset” with”wipe cache partition” and then rebooting the system but keeps going back to the same recovery mode screen. I also tried to press the hard reset button located underneath the box and get the same result.. can someone help please?

This is what happened to a buddy. He unplugged it while the box was updating. Not saying thats what you did, but it seems to be the same problem he had. We had to send the box back to the seller and have it reflashed. Got it back and all was good.

Couldn't find the right seller (have bought a lot of these...) is there any other way to do this? like getting the firware on a USB and booting from it or something like that?
