Having issues

Hi All,

I'm pretty new to these boxes but after reading a load of reviews i decided to go for the buzztv xpl3000 7.1 2018 edition.

It has always been slow and freezing. Not just when watching live tv but even when im toggling between the menu.


I've tried running the update but it can't find an update and still from a version in november 2018.

Can someone please help with how i can get this updated??

You haven’t posted enough info for nooner to help you
What version software are you now?
Have you cleared cache at all?
Hard wired or wireless?
Done a speed test ‘?
How do you power off?
Have you factory set?
