buzz tv ARQ 100 air mouse remote
can any one help with this. i just got me the air mouse and its not working, the green button will turn on the box but thats all that works
the paper that cam with it is not helping me much it said to set up the remote
take the one remote and the new one i think
with the new on press and hold the power and the ok
then line it up i'm assuming with the factory remote and then push power on both it does the 3 flashes then the one long
i thought that was it but its still not working.

not all functions will work but most do
rom update will fix that

nothing
none of the other buttons do anything
i tried to reset the sink, it said take the batteries out push any button the put them back in and hold
z > until a light come on but no light came on to try to re sink it

ya that was the first thing i did
took the old one out that was for my logic tec wire less key board then put the new one in
and i tried the other usb port i have rebooted a few times too. nothing has changed or worked

i did that too i cant even get the remote into usb pairing
did i just get a bad remote?
hoping there are some secrete codes for this thats just not on the instructions to fix it

The remote should just work after plugging in the USB to the box
Are you able to plug it into a computer and after the drivers finish installing, see if it works on there?
If it doesn't then I think you may have just gotten a bad remote.
The power button works, because it uses an IR Signal instead of the USB Receiver.

i have plugged it into the computer and nothing started up for like an install of the drivers
so i think i will try to send it back
