"no updates" pop up message

hi everybody,

I keep on getting the "no updates" pop up whenever I'm watching live TV. It occurs maybe every 10 mins or so. Is this happening to somebody else? Is there a way to disable it?

On all my buzzs' it only happens when i turn it on
Maybe turn auto update off?

does the pop up appear as soon as you turn on the box, or after several minutes?
