Thread: My Land Iptv sub stopped and they won't restart or refund.

    Default My Land Iptv sub stopped and they won't restart or refund.

    Has anyone else had the same problem? I bought a year sub from them in January, paid through Paypal. I have an email trail with account #. When it stopped about a month ago I emailed and messaged them but they refuse to acknowledge my membership and payment and refuse to restart my service.


    I think possibly the reason is I paid through their Thunderiptv site which is pretty much the same company and when I complained there wasn't enough US channels, (Thunder seems to be for their European members), they soon after gave me a Land iptv url with username/password instead. I think maybe the proof of my membership stayed in their Thunder iptv server and Land Iptv can't access it? I'm just speculating.

    Well maybe Iptv is still a bit like the wild west- I might have to write my $ off but anyway I hope this helps.

    Yes I agree but Land Iptv are not some piddly franchise on the outskirts, they are a biggy, in # of channels anyway. Seems they would have more to lose by mistreating customers. Their channels buffer a lot though.

    I really don't care which provider you talk about...they are all vunerable, and all able to do as they please.Not like you can call the BBB if you're unhappy.lol

    That's a good idea and I will try it, but I suspect that because I used the service for 6 months after paying, that could limit what I can do or get.
