If it was the power adapter that came with your T5 (original) it will fail, This is a known problem with T4-5
get a new one off of Amazon,Ebay, that matches the specs and you should be Good-To-Go. Members here have posted

Yes I read it, but still could be the power adapter on it's way out ? it is the most common item that "WILL" Fail
which causes all kinds of problems with T4-5

if it works fine in the t4 then I doubt its the power supply
I know from your previous posts you believe replacing the power adapter is the solution to everything...lol

When it comes to the DL-T4&5, the power supply and HD module are the most talked about problem, in that they fail
as well as the power board but it not as much. I have had to replace 2-power adapters on my T4's, was getting the
"No Signal" issue, as well as some channels quit working, and other issues, first I thought it was the HD module, swapped them out same issues, it was when i swapped out the power adapter everything was working.
Any ways I am only offering suggestions on what worked for me, anybody else can "TAKE-IT-OR-LEAVE-IT" ...lol

I would try swapping the dl100/200 modules from t4 to t5 just for fun.Keeping that in mind, the power supplies can be an issue. There maybe different power requirements between the t4 & t5 that will allow the ps to work with 1, but not the other.

If the T5 unit takes more DC current then the T4 unit, then the DC power adapter from the T5 that may be having a problem may work in the T4, but only if the overall DC current spec's for both are different.

A flashing green LED on a power supply may mean that it has a problem with the load, it has an internal problem, or it has taken an AC power surge and is in the protect mode, I don't have spec's nor schematics on the power supply so I am guessing at this point.
