Returning box to factory default

I am trying to return my jynbox to factory default to sell it and it's saying that the file is to large and I'm loading in the front. I've attached a picture of the information of the box to make sure I do load the right factory firmware. After all those years of having fun with this hobby charlie's channels are dropping left and right that's it for me.

Why not just delete or change your server info.

When you sell them and here it will probably be bought by arab people looking to catch their fta sat, I need to completely remove any traces of I used the box for any charlie, server info it needs to be as it was when I bought it. I only need to upload the factory firmware and it's good to go but I don't know which one. The one I tried to input it's telling that the file is to large therefore it shouldn't be the right one

since the boxes come from the factory with software on them I dont see the point of loading a factory file on it

For your information doing a factory reset doesn't erase the ip address as well as the server's settings that why it needs the factory firmware that came with the box before I upload the one for fta charlie on the site
and it's not a factory default it a reset. I was able to erase the server's information but everything shows that this box was used for fta charlie not hard to understand

You say everything shows that you used it for Charlie
What exactly shows if you have deleted server info?

you have to extract the file and then send it to ur usb stick..
