Just look at those colors. Only last week or so have my lovely flowers being touched by frost

Awesome fonger!! You have come far and yes I have been gone a long time..
My mom learned to swim when she was 67 and started lifting weights when she was in her 80's
Secretly she enjoyed the eye candy in the weight room and she had lots of help from the boys!!
Did you read about the sub 2 hour marathon run this month by the brilliant Eliud Kipchoge
Of course it was totally an orchestrated run and so did not count for a record but still accomplished and
he will do it for the record books another day
Makes for some interesting reading fonger
