have this new box and love it but just have been noticing, no mater what service im on I keep getting micro freezing every 5 minutes or so and I have high speed internet
tried hard wired and 5g still getting it
tried to change tv rez to different settings

just wondering if its the services or if is a setting I can change.

using ok2 wicked ipguys.
so there all different people. and I notice the xrs dose not have that broom like the 3000 did .

have you tried changing the player?
ok3 and no freezing here..
maybe reboot ur modem?

xciptv are best no buffer or lagging at all and fast change channel well i love it

Double press the home button 2 times quickly on your remote.
It is the new broom method from the 3000, basically closes all background apps.

I think it will be added as an icon on the home screen as well in a future update.

I have done that but I noticed my radio stayed on it doesn't actually close all apps
maybe they can make it do that.


oh and I was trying the different players for the micro freezing and it helped the tv but I would have to change it back for some of the movies in the vods.
