Buzz 4000 error message

I think they mean they tried to install the Buzz 2 APK from the built in app store (Aptoide)
This app was made for the 3000, and doesn't work on the 4000

The Buzz 4 app was made for the 4000 and comes pre installed.
If they contact the proper Buzz support, they will be taken care of for an exchange.
