You may want to check the available storage space on your box
From the home screen
Go to settings
Go to More
Go to Storage

It will show you the available storage in MB or GB
If it is below 100mb, well then that is the reason why your box cannot take the update

So you either have some apps taking up a lot of space, that you need to remove
Or you recorded stuff to the internal storage

If recordings is the issue, re open the Buzz app. Press the menu button, go to PVR and you will see all of your recordings listed under Recordings.
You can click each one, and delete the ones you dont need anymore.


Another issue is, you may have downloaded a movie or tv show through a third party app
Which can also take up storage space on the box.
