    if you go to settings, more ,apps system apps ,buzztv 2 ,you will see a lot of options
    Clearing data is one Also this is where you will clear cache This should be done on a regular basis

    I'm still getting a 404 not found message. I've cleared cache, done the back button trick talked about in another post, verified the url is correct, pressed the green button to reset info(which did nothing that I could see). Reset my router & dsl, rebooted and finally introduced my head to the wall in frustration.😁 I'm running a buzz tv box 3000.

    Finally success. On my 3900; Settings; Apps; Buzz TV, Buzz TV2 ; CLEAR DATA; CLEAR CATCHE. Reinterred new URL streams now work! Hope this helps other feeble seniors like me. Lol

    i have fixed at least a dozen 3000's by resetting info in server settings(green button) and re-inputing info

    ok I got the basic back up and running, now the xr deleted cache and data reentered info still no live tv
    vods work, its hooked to the new server but the wheel just keeps spinning..
    also lost all local channels, and is it the server or the player when the volume go's up and down?

    yes this doesnt fix the 4000 Maybe once the panels are up a mac reset might work
    Changing the mac on a 3000 to that of the 4000 mac doesnt work either

    XPL3000 and I did a clear data last night, and it now works perfectly fine. Channel changes are nice and quick also. Nice job. Thnx.

    A few streams are not correct (but NHL is there now ) , channels re-ordered, and some channels no longer there (ex: space ), but I guess once the migration and all are completed they will get back to channel streams optimizations. I'm sure they are aware of the few issues.

    So today I tried a different server instead of number 1. Noticed Mac addresses were different on some of them but #5 Mac address is the same as one, & low & behold working now.
