    OK.. On my buzz, I did a data clear, and entered the info again, and all worked like a charm a while back. Everything is nice and quick again. Thnx.

    However I have a second box (MiiBox3) where I use STBEmu to connect to the same account (yes, only one box at a time). Main box is in the living room, and the second box in the bedroom. And we only watch one or the other anyhow. I have it STBEmu set up with the same MAC as I use on my Buzz, and it worked fine before the server change. I was using stbemu pro 1.2.0.4, and I did a data clear also, on stb emu, reset everything and it still doesn't work. I get the "Contact your provider to register this device" screen. Uninstalled 1.2.0.4 and installed the latest 1.2.1.0, made no difference. Decided to go back to a 1 year old version, 1.1.7, and still no difference. I was asked to try 3 different variation of the portal URL (I won't post them publicly, in case they are not meant for open use), but that made no difference either (same screen).

    I double checked the MAC, and even changed the Serial number on STBEmu to match that of my buzz (in case it marries to MAC and serial). Still same screen.

    Any ideas ? This setup was working fine before the server changes.

    It's not a huge deal, since we don't use the second box much, but it is handy to be able to watch in one room or another without having to physically move a box

    Are you using the URL that has stalker_portal in it?

    I tried with that one also (it was one of the 3).. I can try again however.

    EDIT: I just retested and still get the same message. buzz unit works perfectly fine however. I even tried changing the STB model that it was emulating, Mag 250, 254, 256, 322, 324... Just in case server did not like certain models, but also no difference.

    I've been encountering this across all my servers with my formuler and Dreamlink boxes. I use STB to be able to see what (if any) issues donors are having and what the service looks like... I've run into the issue with about 3/4 of the services I have now. And same case, mac and portal are all good.. not sure if it has to go with device ID settings in stb (maybe need to be set to the same value, even though you'd think they would be already)... It's definitely odd...

    I know I've had issues in the past with some servers marrying to MAC and serial. But DeviceID I have always left disabled on STBemu at least. Maybe tomorrow I'll try to enable it, and force it to generate one based on MAC (I think i saw that option in the settings), and I'll give it a shot. I'll keep experimenting tomorrow.

    If you do come up with any sort of solution, please don't hesitate to share. I felt for quite a while this was an issue with the version of STB.. But I now think it goes a little deeper than that, possibly the services end? I first noticed it tvzon, that damn service is still haunting me on Android! I'm going to mess with it tomorrow as well!     Does any1 know if the M3u / xtreme codes still work ?

    half my users are not working.... im wondering if you guys are using differents clusters/db.
    using tivimate/smarters on nvidia shield//firestick...

    tried the ok3 app no luck aswell... i basically get no image on any channels...

    I don't have anything to offer in way of an opinion or a fix. I am however curious as to when you noticed the issue starting, I haven't received a complaint yet....
